Refund policy

This Return Policy applies to purchases made directly from Harrick Manufacture through Harrick-operated sales channels and should be read together with Harrick’s Conditions of Sale. This policy was last updated on April 24, 2026.

Eligibility for Returns

Harrick accepts returns for eligible in-stock purchases within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered, and must be returned with all original packaging, protective materials, accessories, documentation, and tags. Proof of purchase is required. Items that show signs of wear, use, adjustment, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Allocated, reserved, or production-committed watches are not eligible for return. Personalized or customized products, including engraving or bespoke specifications, are final sale. Made-to-order configurations, sale or promotional items, gift cards, and store credit are non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Process

To request a return, contact team@harrick.co within the applicable return window. Returns must be authorized by Harrick prior to shipment. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. If a return is approved, Harrick will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Returns must be shipped to the address provided by Harrick.

Condition Review

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Harrick reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet eligibility requirements or shows signs of wear, damage, use, or alteration. Refused returns will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact team@harrick.co as soon as reasonably possible after receipt. Harrick will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Exchanges

Harrick does not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, return the original eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately, subject to availability and allocation.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you may cancel or return the purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must meet the same condition requirements described above. This right does not apply to personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.

Refunds

Once a return is received and approved following inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Harrick is unable to refund any payment (i.e: customs broker fees, shipping redirect fees) not directly paid to Harrick Manufacture.
