True excellence is found in the details. MH01 showcases hand-finished bridges adorned with horizontal brushing, perlage, and anglage – each surface reflecting the dedication of master watchmakers. Custom-cut pinions interface directly with the Manufacture's milled hands, allowing ultra-thin deployments in the Contore Automatic. Sweeping seconds feature a Direct Drive gear train, ensuring precision hacking seconds and heightened reliability. HAND-APPLIED DECORATIONS
Over seventeen hours of hand-decoration elevate the MH01 caliber to the uncompromising standards of the Manufacture.

ANTHRACITE BRUSHING
All visible bridges and plates are brushed by hand following final machining operations. The linear grain is established manually to ensure consistent directionality and uniform spacing across each individual component. Surface pressure, stroke length, and abrasive selection are controlled by the operator to maintain edge definition and avoid rounding of functional surfaces. After brushing, components receive a nickel-anthracite surface treatment. Brushing is completed prior to anglage and polishing to allow hand-finished bevels to remain crisp and uninterrupted along all edges.

CONCENTRIC PERLAGE
Perlage is applied entirely by hand to the mainplate using a manually guided abrasive tool. Each circular motif is placed individually, with controlled overlap to achieve uniform coverage and consistent visual density. The process requires constant adjustment of pressure and alignment to maintain even depth across varying plate thicknesses and interrupted surfaces. Perlage is executed on all accessible mainplate areas, including dial-side surfaces that are not visible during normal wear. Jewel seats, bearing surfaces, and functional interfaces are masked or avoided to preserve dimensional tolerances.

HAND-FINISHED ANGLAGE
All visible edges, apertures, and counterbores are bevelled entirely by hand, without the use of automated chamfering tools. Bevels are cut manually, then progressively smoothed and polished using stones, files, and wooden polishing tools charged with abrasive compounds. Internal angles and pierced features are formed and polished by hand where geometry allows, requiring precise control to maintain consistent bevel width and mirror finish. Anglage is performed after all surface treatments to ensure clean transitions and sharp edge definition. Each component is inspected individually for continuity, polish quality, and geometric consistency prior to assembly.
