SCULPTED, NOT STAMPED.

The simplest case assembly made by the Manufacture takes 48 hours on machine.

When combined with masterful hand-finishing, number stretches to 100+ hours of human-machine teamwork.

OUR ARTISANS HAVE DECADES OF EXPERIENCE MANUFACTURING FOR MAJOR INDUSTRIES, GUIDED BY HARRICK MANUFACTURE SPECIFICATIONS AND UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS.

WITH ALL PARTNERS LESS THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE MANUFACTURE BY CAR, EACH COMPONENT IS HELD TO THE HIGHEST OF STANDARDS, AND OVERSEEN BY HARRICK DIRECTLY.

PREPARATIONS

We begin with raw materials, tested for purity and checked for imperfections. Materials such as Prism™ steel are alloyed to the Manufacture's specifications, and tools are equipped to handle precision.

MACHINING

Using 5-axis CNC machines, Harrick technicians program and execute the creation of the rough case 'blanks'.

CRYSTALS

Due to its hardness, sapphire crystals represent one of the most challenging materials for the Manufacture to manipulate. One sapphire midcase, as seen in the Contore, can take up to 18 hours of machining. Oftentimes, the diamond-tipped tool used to machine the sapphire can break or irreversibly degrade.

FINISHING

Finishing processes, unique to each material, are executed by hand and under the watchful eye of a Harrick artisan. If necessary, surface treatments such as PVD and hardness coating are completed in Harrick's sister workshop, a mere ten minute drive from the Manufacture.
